Contact with the band

As you can see in this print screen I have not breached the copyright to the song , but ask them for their permission to use it before I start to edit it with my footage. I went onto Alone Tonight's facebook page and found their contact details to email them as they are currently not signed to any record label, I would have to directly contact the band and their own management team.

They in fact replied to be and said that this was all ok for me to do no matter what song it was, and they were also excited for the final video as they do not currently have one for that song, they may use mine if all goes well.
